As we age, we shrink. Add conditions such as osteoporosis, osteopenia, prolonged inactivity with sitting, and overall poor postural positions, our posture is even more negatively affected. Did you know that poor posture causes pain, balance declines, poor digestion, constipation, fatigue due the extra work to keep you upright, decline in diaphragm/breathing function, increase in cardiovascular issues and mood disorders? There are simple exercises you can do to positively affect your posture and thus improving the health of your entire bodily systems. We will teach you exercises to improve your posture and educate you on the reasonings why we do each of these exercises. These reasonings, along with your results, will motivate you to continue on with your lifelong program.
