Step-By-Step Walking Wellness Program

This program is for you if you want to concentrate on your walking activity in a shorter duration treatment time. Maybe you want to walk outside but you are fearful of falling or scared you will not be able to safely return to your home. The results are that you walk less; therefore, further weakening your body’s systems. We work on all activities associated with walking. These include proper device use, walking on all terrains (including steps), and proper walking techniques. We will be monitoring vitals and your toleration during all walking activities. We always utilize a gait belt for safety and listen to you regarding your toleration levels.

These visit typically run 35 minutes.
